DPR Construction Management System

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DPR (Daily Progress Report) Construction
Management System (“DPR App”), users agree to comply with and be bound
by these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Roles & Responsibilities
2.1 Supervisors
- Submit accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR)
- Update manpower, materials, and machinery details
- Upload correct site photos and documents
- Edit DPRs only when the status is Pending
2.2 Project Managers
- Review DPRs submitted by supervisors
- Approve or reject submitted reports
- View cost comparison and performance charts
- Manage multiple sites assigned by the Admin
2.3 Admin
- Create and manage construction sites
- Create, modify, and deactivate users
- Review all DPRs across projects
- Set worker and labour costs
- Manage inventory and stock
- View all system reports
- Control and enforce user access permissions
3. User Obligations
Users must:
- Provide accurate and truthful data
- Follow organisational construction reporting protocols
- Not submit fake, misleading, or manipulated DPRs
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Immediately report any system misuse or security issues
4. Prohibited Actions
Users must NOT:
- Manipulate labour or material quantities
- Upload misleading or false site images
- Use the application for non-work-related purposes
- Attempt unauthorized system or data access
- Share internal project or organisational data externally
5. System Availability
We aim to provide up to 99% system availability. However, availability
may be impacted due to:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Server or infrastructure outages
- Third-party service or network disruptions
6. Liability Disclaimer
The company shall not be responsible for:
- Incorrect or false data submitted by users
- Misuse of the application or system access
- Downtime caused by internet or network issues
- Incorrect approvals or rejections by managers
7. Suspension or Termination
User accounts may be suspended or terminated for:
- Repeated submission of incorrect DPRs
- Security or access violations
- Sharing confidential or sensitive data
- Misuse of assigned role permissions
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance
with:
- Indian Contract Act
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023
